EagleBank, at the current time, does not disclose any nonpublic information requiring an opt out notice to be delivered. EagleBank, also at the current time, does not engage in telephone solicitations and does not contract with a third party telemarketing firm to solicit customers. Should our policy change we will give you the opportunity to prevent any disclosure or to “opt-out”.
Currently our Web site does not collect any personal information from our customers or visitors to our site. If you bank online with us we use the information you supply only to enable us and our third party vendor to provide the transactions you request.

Every EagleBank employee is required to follow our “Code of Conduct” which states that all customer information is considered private and privileged and is to be used solely for the purpose of providing you with the finest service possible.
