How do I sign up for eStatements?
You must have access to online banking – eBanking or ExecuBank – in order to sign up for eStatements. eBanking customers may sign in to online banking and click the sign up link and follow the directions. ExecuBank customers should contact their account officer or nearest branch for enrollment.
Is there a charge for online banking or eStatements?
There is no charge for eStatements, eBanking, or ExecuBank Tier 1.
Do I need any special software to use the eStatement service?
If you have Adobe PDF reader, you are all set. If you do not have a reader, you can click here for a free download of Adobe Acrobat Reader.
Once I sign up, how long until I receive eStatements?
Depending on when you sign up, you may receive one more paper statement before receiving your first eStatement.
How long are my eStatements available for me to view?
You have up to 18 months of eStatements available to view.
Can I get an eStatement and have a regular statement mailed to an alternate address?
No. Once the paper statement is turned off, you will only receive an eStatement.
What account types are available to receive as an eStatement?
All FDIC insured deposit account types are available as an eStatement.
Will my statement cycle date change if I have an eStatement?

How am I notified when my eStatement is available to view?
You will receive an email at the address you provided when you signed up.
Can I have my eStatement notification sent to more than one email address?
No. We can only send your eStatement notification to one email address.
Are check and or deposit slip images available with an eStatement?
Yes, all your images currently provided with a paper statement will be able to be viewed with an eStatement.
Will I be able to print or save my statement and check images?
Yes. Once you open the eStatement, you will be able to print or save it just like you print or save any document on your computer.
Are eStatements safe?
Yes. Your eStatement is stored on a secure server and transmitted to your Internet browser using 128-bit encryption. Only you can access your eStatement using your online banking login information.
Will my eStatement look the same as my paper statement?
Yes, your eStatement looks exactly like your paper statement.
How do I change my email address?
