Branch Manager: Responsible for the sales, service and complex operations of a bank branch facility. Responsible for implementing an internal sales culture through informal, scorecard and formal coaching to include ongoing service, sales and product knowledge training of staff. Ensures branch employees adhere to defined sales and service activities in addition to sound operational policies, procedures and security practices. Direct, control and administer the operations, audit functions, sales and servicing of the branch. Responsible for overall business development for branch assigned, to include deposit and loan growth and meeting financial, operational, service and growth plans. Build and develop ongoing customer relationships by creating and delivering the ideal customer experience. Complies with Bank Secrecy Act rules, regulations and training requirements, and other regulations as warranted for position. Maintains accurate operational records as outlined in the Branch Operations Audit Policy and Procedures. Works closely with Branch Administration Manager and Director of Business Development to support the overall goals of the branch network as it relates to Business Development, in-branch sales/service and operations. Regularly reports sales results and performance matters to Branch Administration Manager relating to performance coaching and training of employees.

C & I Lender: Responsible for the origination and management of commercial loan portfolios; with the overall objective of maintaining and increasing asset quality. Develops new and existing business relationships. Responsible for evaluating, underwriting and presenting loan requests to loan committees. Actively involved in developing lending and deposit business for the Bank. Calls on clients to expand existing business and develops and calls on prospects seeking opportunities to expand the Bank’s client base. Actively involved in business and community organizations to find new prospects. Represents EagleBank in the communities we serve. Document exceptions, making certain that appropriate actions are taken to clear all exceptions. Five to ten years of similar or related experience.

Commercial Real Estate Portfolio Administrator: Responsible for ensuring that all conditions of loan approvals are satisfied, proper documentation is received in a timely manner and loan files are efficiently organized and forwarded for booking. Ensure that all prefunding and preclosing requirements are met prior to the funding deadline; including the collection of fees and the maintenance of the Attorney Closed Loan log. Responsible for the timely handling of renewals, modifications, Letters of Credit and interim and partial collateral releases in a manner consistent with policies and procedures. This position requires the delivery of quality customer service through professional interactions with customers and partnering with the department manager and other internal Line of Business representatives. Two to five years of similar or related experience.

Deposit Operations Assistant – Check Exceptions: Responsible for performing all functions related to check processing and check returns. Reviews in-clearing items for signature verification and fraud. Prepares and performs transaction processing and branch capture work. Research and post Fed and In-house adjustments. Must log, file and track restricted and dormant accounts. Must comply with Bank Secrecy Act rules, regulations and training requirements, and other regulations as warranted for position. Strong attention to detail and interpersonal and communications skills are required. Must have good keyboard and 10-key calculator skills. Six months to two years of similar or related experience is required.
Location: Silver Spring, MarylandInternal Audit Officer: Responsible for managing and conducting risk-based internal financial, operational and compliance audits of all Bank business areas consistent with established departmental and industry standards. Possess the ability to work with individuals at all levels during the audit process in order to build consensus for best practice recommendations consistent with company standards. Prepares audit reports, in a clear and concise manner, for submission and review to the Director of Audit. Represents Internal Audit on Bank projects and support initiatives of the Director of Internal Audit. Must have experience auditing loan and credit functions as well as have the ability to test system application controls. Must have a minimum of 5 years internal bank audit experience. A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, e.g. Accounting, Business, Finance or Information Technology is required. Must be able to analyze and solve problems, be detail oriented, knowledgeable of audit procedures, and proficient in the use of MS Office software products. A strong hands-on team approach, positive attitude, leadership qualities and excellent communication skills, both written and oral are required. Audit related certifications (CPA, CIA, CISA, etc) or advanced degree a plus.

IT Network Specialist: Responsible for assisting staff in solving PC and related equipment issues. Assist with hardware/software implementation and troubleshooting. Assist with the administration of all areas of user access including computer setups, installation and coordination of all associated required tasks. Responsible for documenting any network managements reports from vendors. Ensure the timely resolution of network configuration and implementation issues with vendors. Perform maintenance and tracking of PC parts inventory and proper charging of cost centers. Ability to work flexible schedules (including Saturdays). Twelve months to two years of PC support experience required.

Loan Servicing Assistant: Responsible for booking all new loans and modifications accurately and timely. Must conduct research for information requests by bank officials and customers, and respond in a timely and accurate manner. Responsible for processing all loan payments, including payoff items and participating bank transactions received via mail or wire, in a prompt and efficient manner. Mail daily statements and notices; including past due and maturity notices. Process and balance daily item entry transactions on IES and TMS modules. Assist with other daily functions associated with the Loan Servicing Production area. Must possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, and attention to detail. Six months to two years of similar or related experience required.

Teller Position: Assist customers with financial transactions involving paying and receiving cash and other negotiable instruments. Consistently provide excellent customer service to external and internal customers. Accurately balance cash drawer and transactions daily. Ensure confidentiality of customer information. Answer basic questions regarding EagleBank products and services. Identify and refer sales opportunities to the platform staff. Comply with Bank Secrecy Act rules, regulations and training requirements and other regulations as warranted for position. Must possess excellent interpersonal and customer service skills. Six months to one year of similar or related experience.
